Now is a great opportunity to reflect upon our Club values and how they apply to you in your day to day life at Bairnsdale FNC – both on & off the field/court. It is up to each of us to hold ourselves to account and to demonstrate our values so that others may follow.
Belonging - We welcome all personally. We encourage active participation and we actively participate, thereby strengthening relationships and in turn our Club.
Integrity - We act with respect, honesty and are ethical in our conduct.
Commitment - We are dedicated to improve and grow. Through sustained contribution to the club as players, coaches, members, sponsors and committee we will build loyalty and mateship.
Resilience - We persist in all situations which develops our strength, courage and our ability to keep going. We never give up.
Pride - We are proud of our actions on and off the playing arena. We plan, prepare, practice and execute. Our pride enhances our performance.
Our Youth Girls earned a week off last week after finishing top of the ladder at the end of the home & aways. They’ve got it all on the line tomorrow in a Prelim final at Drouin . The girls have had a super season so far and have improved each week. All the best – you’ve got what it takes.
